Bridget D.

My instructor was able to promote a positive atmosphere with all the different personalities that could be a challenge.  She managed to get the team to gel and complete tasks together while developing a rapport.

She is a good listener and very diplomatic and sensitive to the group as a whole.

Phyllis K.

Laura S.

My instructor gave us hands on tasks and experiences that we could take back to the classroom. These new techniques and practices proved to be effective and age appropriate.
